Child safety standards
Communion prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and provides clear paths to report concerns.
Our commitment
Communion (the Communion mobile app and communion.world) strictly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We do not allow any content, activity, or conduct that sexualizes, exploits, abuses, or endangers children. These standards apply to all users, contributors, and anyone interacting with Communion.
Prohibited content and conduct
The following are forbidden on Communion: any sexual content involving minors (anyone under 18); grooming or attempts to solicit minors; child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including real, generated, or AI-created imagery; trafficking or exploitation of children; and sharing, requesting, or linking to such material. Violations may result in removal of content, account suspension or termination, and referral to law enforcement where required.
Reporting
If you encounter content or behavior on Communion that may involve CSAE or endanger a child, report it immediately. Use in-app reporting where available, or contact our child safety team using the email below. Include as much detail as you can (links, screenshots, usernames, and dates) so we can act quickly.
Enforcement
Communion reviews child safety reports as a priority. Confirmed violations lead to content removal and account action. We cooperate with applicable legal requirements and may preserve and disclose information to authorities when we believe a child is at risk or when the law requires it.
